Who is Carrie Funn (Kelley)?
Carrie Funn ( Kelley) was my grandmother. She left a tremendous legacy of love, resilience, and service for my family to continue. In honor of her great sacrifice for her family and community, We at Carrie Funn Behavior and Consulting Services wanted to continue to honor her as we work to provide the same love and service to the families we serve. The baton symbolizes us working together as a community. Though we may teach a child many skills, those skills must be transferred to the home, school, and community.
LaFondra Jaring, BCBA, LBA
LaFondra received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in 2009. She received her master's in Forensic Psychology from Walden University in 2012. LaFondra completed her Behavior Analyst Graduate Certificate in 2016 from the Florida Institute of Technology. In 2023, she received a Master's of Education from Xavier University. She has been working with children with exceptional needs since 2011. LaFondra has extensive experience working with children with challenging behaviors that interfere with their functional and social communication skills. As part of treatment, she works with families to design an individualized treatment plan to meet the needs of the families and children while effectively teaching children skills needed to be successful in their natural setting.
